Rental Solution for Crowd Control
Stanchion Rental in Laval
Laval owns venues built to metropolitan scale — a 10,000-seat arena, a full entertainment quarter — while most of what runs inside them is programmed by municipal teams and local organisations. Almost everything we deliver here follows from that gap: queue equipment sized for a crowd larger than the staff receiving it.

What we deliver to Laval
Everything below is held in Montreal and crosses in one delivery, itemised on a single quote.
Belt stanchions
The belt leaves one post and clips to the next, so a municipal team can rebuild a lane without being trained to do it.

Events we supply in Laval
Two calendars share the city. Corporate work comes from the business parks along Saint-Martin and the 440 — conferences, launches, open houses, annual meetings. Community work comes from the boroughs: neighbourhood festivals, family expos, school award evenings. Both arrive in waves rather than in a steady stream, and the wave is what decides the equipment.
Belt stanchions do most of the work for a practical reason. The belt pulls out of one post and clips to the next with no tools, so a volunteer team can rebuild an entire lane while the line is forming. Rope stanchions and a runner come out for the galas and award nights, where the doorway ends up in the photographs.

Delivery to Laval
Three bridges connect Laval to Montreal, and it is the bridge rather than the distance that decides what time we arrive. Tell us which door or loading bay you want us at and the window you have it for, and we plan around that.
Delivery to Laval is priced on two things and no others: the address and the size of the order. One check-in table sits at one end of the range and an expo opening three doors at once sits at the other, and the second changes the vehicle as much as the count. Send the address you want with your dates and it goes into the quote rather than arriving after it.
Book ahead for peak dates — the September cultural season and the December gala run fill up before anything else. Outside those there is no minimum notice, which leaves genuine room for an event that confirms late.
Laval questions
Do you deliver to Place Bell for something other than a game?
Yes. The arena reconfigures into a concert hall and into expo floor, and each of those layouts moves where the public comes in. Tell us which configuration you have booked and which door is handling arrivals, and we will work the post count out with you. We can set out on delivery and collect afterwards — both quoted on their own line — so nothing is left for your team to move.
How many stanchions does a municipal hall entrance need?
The shape of the lane matters more than the headcount. Posts stand at the ends of every span, so n posts give you n − 1 spans: count the spans you need, then add a post. A switchback needs a post at every turn as well. Send the floor plan and the arrivals you expect and we will do the arithmetic with you.
Can you supply barriers for an outdoor event at Centre de la nature?
Yes. Barrier sections are 3.6 ft × 6.9 ft galvanized steel and interlock into a continuous run, which is what a stage front, a perimeter or a vehicle exclusion line on grass actually needs. Give us the length of the run and what it has to hold back, and the section count is confirmed on the quote.
